After the board meeting on March 26 it was decided to extend provisions of our emergency response plan at least until May 14. The office will remain closed to the public until public health officials lift the emergency orders currently in place. This is a decision made out of concern for the safety and well-being of our staff, customers, and the surrounding communities.

The Brunswick & Topsham Water District has a 24 Hr. Emergency Service available to all customers. We have a Service Technician on call 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. We can be contacted by calling outside of our regular business hours.  Our answering service will contact the Service Technician on call who will, in turn, contact you. Service calls related to problems which are not within our responsibility are subject to a service charge.
