Tours of the Holden Treatment Plant in Topsham are hosted by BTWD staff throughout the year.  

The tours are designed to give customers, residents, and the general public an opportunity to learn more about the District 

and to answer the age old question of, "Where Does My Water Come From?".  

BTWD Tours give customers a peek behind the curtain at our facility and a chance to meet the people who work hard 

to deliver the highest quality and most reliable water possible.
